Cancer treatment can leave its mark on the body in ways that aren't always visible. Surgery, radiotherapy and other treatments can affect the skin and underlying tissues, sometimes leaving areas feeling tight, sensitive, numb or restricted.
Oncology scar therapy is a gentle, individualised treatment focused on supporting your body following cancer treatment. Using specialist scar and soft-tissue techniques, we work carefully around healed surgical scars and surrounding tissues to help improve mobility and ease feelings of tightness or restriction.
Your treatment is tailored to your individual history, the type of surgery you have had and how your body feels. We take a gentle, considered approach, allowing you to remain in control throughout your treatment.
This isn't about changing what your body has been through. It's about giving you time and space to reconnect with your body and care for the areas that may have been through a lot.

Frequently asked questions
Who is oncology scar therapy for?
It's for anyone with healed scars or tissue changes following cancer surgery or treatment, including mastectomy and other cancer-related surgeries. Your treatment is tailored to your individual history and how your body feels.
Do I have to talk about my cancer treatment?
Only as much as is needed to keep your treatment safe and suitable. Beyond that, there's no pressure to talk or explain. The space is yours.
Is it ever too late to start scar therapy?
No. It's never too late to start. Scars that are many years old can still benefit, with clients often noticing changes in tightness, numbness and how freely the area moves.
Is scar therapy painful?
No. The techniques are gentle and non-invasive, and are always adjusted to your comfort. Most clients find their sessions deeply soothing and relaxing.
